Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Creek Auro Restoration. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at waterdamagerestorationaurora.com and any services provided by Creek Auro Restoration (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”).
By visiting or using this website, submitting a contact form, calling us, requesting an inspection, or engaging our restoration services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request services from us.
About Our Services
Creek Auro Restoration provides water damage restoration, emergency water removal, extraction, drying, cleanup, moisture detection, repair, reconstruction, and related property-restoration services in Aurora, Colorado, and select surrounding service areas.
Service availability, estimated arrival times, scope of work, equipment availability, and project scheduling may vary based on weather conditions, emergency demand, property access, safety conditions, staffing, location, and the nature of the loss.
We offer 24/7 emergency response. However, submitting an online request or contacting us does not create a guaranteed response time, service appointment, or contract until we confirm the request and, where applicable, a service agreement is accepted.
Emergency Service Requests
If you are experiencing an emergency involving active flooding, a burst pipe, sewage exposure, electrical hazards, structural instability, fire, gas, or an immediate threat to people or property, take appropriate safety precautions first.
- Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies, fire, gas leaks, or dangerous conditions.
- Avoid standing water near electrical outlets, appliances, panels, or exposed wiring.
- Do not enter areas with visible structural damage, ceiling sagging, contaminated water, or unsafe conditions.
- Contact Creek Auro Restoration at +1 (719) 715-6006 for water damage restoration assistance.
An emergency request does not obligate Creek Auro Restoration to begin work until property access, authorization, safety conditions, and any required service documentation have been addressed.
Estimates, Inspections, and Scope of Work
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and is not a binding estimate, diagnosis, warranty, or promise of results.
Any preliminary assessment, visual inspection, recommendation, or estimate is based on information available at the time. Hidden moisture, concealed damage, microbial growth, structural deterioration, hazardous materials, pre-existing conditions, plumbing defects, electrical issues, or other conditions may not be apparent during an initial inspection.
The final scope of work may change if additional damage or conditions are discovered. When practical, we will communicate material changes in the anticipated scope, cost, or timeline before proceeding with additional work.
Services may require a written work authorization, service agreement, change order, assignment of benefits, insurance documentation, payment authorization, or other documentation before work begins.
Customer Responsibilities
When requesting or receiving services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding the property, the emergency, the source of damage, ownership status, insurance coverage, prior repairs, known hazards, and access restrictions.
You are responsible for:
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the affected property and work areas.
- Identifying known hazards, including electrical concerns, asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, sewage, chemical exposure, structural damage, pets, security systems, or restricted areas.
- Obtaining authorization from the property owner, landlord, homeowners’ association, tenant, or other authorized party when required.
- Securing valuables, personal documents, medications, firearms, cash, jewelry, and other items that should not remain in the work area.
- Making timely decisions regarding salvage, repair, reconstruction, contents handling, and insurer communications.
- Paying amounts that are not covered by insurance or otherwise owed under an executed service agreement.
We may delay, suspend, or decline work when site conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, necessary authorizations are not provided, or the requested work falls outside our agreed scope.
Insurance Claims and Billing
Creek Auro Restoration may assist customers with documentation, photographs, moisture records, invoices, estimates, and communication related to a property-insurance claim. We may also offer direct insurance billing coordination when available and authorized.
Insurance assistance does not mean that Creek Auro Restoration is acting as your public adjuster, attorney, insurance agent, insurer, or claims decision-maker. We do not guarantee insurance coverage, policy benefits, claim approval, payment amounts, depreciation determinations, deductible obligations, or settlement outcomes.
You remain responsible for understanding your insurance policy, meeting policy deadlines, communicating with your insurer, and paying any deductible, co-payment, exclusions, denied amounts, upgrades, betterments, non-covered work, or other balances for which you are responsible.
Any deductible-assistance promotion, financing option, discount, or special offer is subject to eligibility requirements, applicable law, written terms, and availability. It cannot be combined with every service, insurance arrangement, or promotion.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, work authorization, service agreement, or other written project document. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for payment for authorized services, including emergency mitigation, equipment use, materials, labor, disposal, cleaning, repairs, reconstruction, and applicable taxes or fees.
If an insurer does not pay all or part of a claim, the customer remains responsible for amounts due under the applicable agreement, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts, costs, fees, and interest where permitted by law and stated in the applicable service agreement or invoice.
Mold, Contamination, and Hazardous Conditions
Water damage can create conditions that may contribute to mold growth, microbial contamination, structural deterioration, or other health and property risks. Restoration work may involve containment, removal of damaged materials, cleaning, drying, deodorization, or referral to other qualified professionals, depending on the condition observed.
We do not make medical, legal, environmental, or public-health determinations. If you have health concerns, a medically vulnerable household member, suspected hazardous materials, extensive contamination, or questions about indoor environmental conditions, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Certain work may be limited or postponed when hazardous materials, unsafe structural conditions, regulated contaminants, or conditions outside our licensing, certification, or agreed scope are present.
Website Information and No Professional Advice
We aim to keep website content accurate and useful. However, the website may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, typographical mistakes, or general descriptions that do not apply to every property or situation.
The content on this website, including service descriptions, educational articles, checklists, images, testimonials, special offers, and frequently asked questions, is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for an onsite inspection, emergency response plan, insurance-policy review, legal advice, medical advice, engineering evaluation, or professional consultation tailored to your property.
Do not rely solely on website content when immediate action is required to protect health, safety, or property.
No Guarantee of Results
Every property-loss event is different. Drying times, restoration outcomes, odor removal, material salvage, repair needs, reconstruction schedules, insurance outcomes, and final costs depend on numerous factors, including the water source, duration of exposure, materials affected, weather, building conditions, contamination level, hidden moisture, prior damage, property access, and insurer requirements.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Creek Auro Restoration does not guarantee a specific restoration outcome, arrival time, drying period, insurance result, or completion date.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law. Any limitation of liability relating to paid restoration services may also be governed by the written service agreement, work authorization, estimate, or invoice applicable to that project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or our services will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Colorado, unless a valid written agreement between you and Creek Auro Restoration states otherwise.
